Mike Dandurand is a Certified Real Estate Inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and has an extensive background in home remodeling and repair. Mike performs Whole Home Inspections for buyers as well as Pre-Listing Inspections for sellers.
Mike has an Engineering Degree from the University of Missouri at Rolla (Missouri S&T). He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in both Kansas and Missouri. He provides certifications for structural inspections meeting the requirements of HUD, Fannie Mae, VA, FHA as well as those inspections required by Appraisers where foundation defects may be a concern. Mike is a registered HUD 203(k) Consultant. The HUD 203(k) program enables homeowners and homebuyers to finance (or refinance) both the purchase of a home and the cost of rehabilitation through a single mortgage. Mike is a Certified Pesticide Applicator for Wood Destroying Insects control. Mike performs unbiased termite inspections with no conflicts of interest. He will not treat a house if termites are found, and will only recommend treatment if he finds it is necessary.
